Today, we were called out to the property to look at a water heater that was leaking. Upon arrival, we noted that the heater was leaking from the tank and that it was 10 years old and needed to be replaced.
We removed the existing water heater and replaced it with a new gas unit. We also replaced the ball valve and water supply lines that were previously sharkbite fittings. After installation, we tested for leaks and proper function. Hot water is now restored to the property.
